Once we have contacted you, we will confirm your booking request subject to availability.
For a confirmed booking, a deposit of the first night is required, and in case you have booked only one night, 50% of the cost of the night.
The deposit is due within 7 days and , the deposit is due within two days in case the booking is for an earlier day than 7 days from the day of confirmation.
Failure to pay the deposit by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
More policies at the accommodation:
- The price per night includes breakfast, tourist tax, VAT, cleaning fee and meals according to the chosen package;
- If you choose the package "bed and breakfast", you can additionally change the package on the spot to include lunch from a “set menu” at a cost of 15 EUR per person /soup, main course and dessert/, and dinner from a “set menu” at a cost of 15 EUR per person /salad or starter and main course/.
- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before the start date of the booking, except for booking for public holidays, which require free cancellation up to 15 days before the start date of the booking.
- If you cancel your booking after the free cancellation period, you forfeit the deposit.
- Children up to 2 years stay free of charge.
- For the accommodation of persons over 2 years, on an extra bed, beyond the basic capacity of the room, is required payment of 15 EUR per person per day, for accommodation and breakfast.

Restaurant opening hours:
- from 12.00 to 23.00 in the period from 01 July to 30 September, as well as year-round on weekends and public holidays. Last orders to the kitchen until 21.30;
- from 12.00 to 22.00 on weekdays /Sunday to Thursday/, for the period from 01 October to 30 June. Last orders to the kitchen until 20.30.
